So why speak up?

This is a good question.

I Speak up to protect myself and others, who don't have a voice

I speak up so I do not want to regret remaining silent.

I have blown up in the past.

I don't want to be bitter.

I Speak my mind instead of holding it in, ànd suppressing my emotions.

I am ept to blow up.
I Speak up as I have remained silent far too long.
I need to be true to me.
I do because not speaking up doesn't work.
I value me and it builds up my confidence.

I am not offended. When I speak out.

As long as It is possible I want to work things out. Love and lead a peaceful life.

I care deeply about my friends and family.

I have to be assertive and let people know what I need.
