You matter to God.
As an adoptee i struggle at times whether my life matters.
It is specifically triggers me when I am not feeling well.
I am almost 63 and when I am sick I want my mom!
I long for mom to say that I am sorry that you don't feel well.
Where does it hurt.
Here let me bring you a glass of water or ginger ale
I am here it is going to be okay.
I love you.
Fellow adoptee know you are loved.
I love you.
Unfortunately my adopted mom has passed away and well I only hear from my birth mother at Christmas time.
When you are sick you are super sensitive and think and take things to heart.
Sometimes our friends and family are not there for us when we need them.
I want you to know that you matter to God.
God is Omnipresent!
How do I know that this to be true by the authority of the word of God.
2Tim. 3 Verses 16 to 17
[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.. John 3:16 - 18
When I forget that I matter to God my Heavenly Father reminds me of his love for me through scripture.
This is when I draw on I don't have to fight my battles to win. I pray for him to take what is dragging me down.
When we cast our burden on Jesus he sustains us.
Trust him in all things.
I am not preaching i I have lived life almost 63 years. I have had a relationship with God for 56 years. Nearly all of my life. God has been with me through the thick and hard times.
I also know that God can't lie because he is God and not human.
