Focus on Jesus Keep thoughts Focused on Jesus

I do not know about you but I find that it is a constant battle to keep the negative thoughts and doubts out of my mind.

This happens to me when I was writing my book and working on my book getting out there.

What I am learning is that I have to remind myself why I am passionate at having others read my book.

Best of all I have to keep my focus on Jesus and not be distracted by past issues and fears. I have to leave them behind.

I have to know what my Purpose is.

Purpose :

1. My purpose is to let other adoptees know the source of my Hope and My Healing

2. My purpose is to share the love of Jesus to everyone.

3. My purpose has been to help other Adoptees and adopted Parents and Birth parents know the importance of talking about issues

• I realize that are those who would like to argue that I am opening a can of worms or that Adoption truth needs to be kept in the family. Also that you are the only one I have spoken to who has had issues.

• I am learning that My opinions are mine. I believe in my opinions. No one can take my experiences from me. I am living my story. I live to please Jesus.

• I am up to doing the Fathers business and not my own. I am to keep my focus on Jesus and not to take my eyes off of Jesus. I am to Share about the love of Jesus. The peace and purpose that Jesus gives me in Life. I have hope to share with people.

• I am encouraged that peoples opinions do not qualify me. God does

• I am not to be intimidated by peoples questions of what God has called me to do.

• I am to keep my eyes on the goals that God has set out for me.

I have also know that God is one who helps me and does a complete job in helping me like no one else.

I think that at times We want people to be our everything and meet our every need. we become disillusion because what we truly need only comes from Jesus. I cannot help people if I am looking for people to meet my needs and I am needy.

I have found and believe that Jesus has definitely met all my needs and that God is faithful and God never changes. I have to believe this truth about Jesus meeting all my needs. I have to know who can meet my needs to help others fully.
