God is good

The battle belongs to God I have hope.At times, I am pulled between loyal to Adoption family to birth family who are family either way .

I feel pulled to keep people icomfortable in my life instead of being uncomfortable.

I am learning that I have to be comfortable with what is best for me.

There comes a time when I have to look after me.

I am not very good at this. I am not good at communicating with people what I need.

Usually, people don't understand.

When I communicate what I need.

I get a blank look when I communicate .

I need to be free to talk about my adoption and my birth parents.

Awkward

I need understanding about how I feel about my birth family.

I need to hear from my family that they understand.

Whether they do understand or don't understand. I am comforted that

God understands and knows everything that I need.
