Here is what I have learned thus far about Light Hearted Thoughts.
Keep a journal re read your journal and remember to fill in Faith filled thoughts with the stinky thoughts.
Lay down when you are weary for 10 minutes keep to 10 minutes
Talk out your thoughts.
PRAY Pray Prayer
Declare that God is in charge not you.
Declare scripture out loud and often .
Do no allow anxious thoughts to crowd out the good thoughts.
Keep active physically
keep a routine.
I have struggled with pain this weekend and These ideas helped me.
