Under his watchful care

I am under the watchful care of Jesus. As His children we are apple of his eye. God loves us his children He defends us. When we treat others in church unkindly we are treating Jesus unkindly the way we are treating others by abusing them, slander and unnecessary teasing. We are hurting not just others but we are hurting Jesus.

These are strong words

Zechariah 2:8 Whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye.

I speak out on this issue as we are all guilty of treating others roughly. I have been both sides of the coin.

It is not a very nice feeling. I have been kidded for things that were beyond my control . It hurts. I have felt the sting in my heart when I have used reckless words towards another person.

Lets remember to show kindness to others in and out of the church.
